What does the $650 setup fee cover?+
Onboarding call, data migration from your current system (Excel or another ERP), master-data configuration (departments, doctors, tariffs), staff training sessions, and go-live support for the first two weeks.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?+
Yes. You can upgrade or switch billing cycle at any time — the difference is prorated on the next invoice.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?+
You'll see a warning inside the app well before the cap. When the cap is reached, new user or patient inserts are blocked until you upgrade — existing data always remains accessible.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — 14 days on Starter or Professional. No credit card required. The $650 setup fee is only charged when you decide to keep the platform.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or teaching hospitals?+

How is data isolated between hospitals?+
Every table carries a tenant_id and enforces row-level security by that column, plus per-tenant module flags. Your data never mixes with another tenant's, even in the database.
